Heritage Community Care LLC offers Participant-Directed Homemaker/Personal Care in Ohio. These are long-term care supports and services that help people of all ages and across all types of disabilities maintain their independence and determine for themselves what mix of personal care services and supports work best for them. We help them decide who provides their needed services and how those services are provided.
